Refund policy

Please note- We do not accept returns due to change of mind. Products may only be refunded and returned if they are damaged, faulty or a mistake has been made with your order. please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and undamaged. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we require you to post the item(s) back for us to inspect. Please allow 3-5 days after we receive your returned item for us to contact you with a replacement or refund. make sure you include all relevant information within your packaging for ease of identification.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, wearable items such as hats are non-refundable. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and you have been issued a refund, make a separate purchase for the new item within our store.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return (within 3-5 buisness days), and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
